Q: What is the difference in a fall and extensions?
A: A fall is a 3/4 piece of hair that sits at the crown of the head. Extensions are placed in thin rows throughout the head.

Q: How is the fall attached?
A: The fall is attached by separating the hair you want to "poof" and pin it forward. Tease a thin piece of hair very tightly and push that forward as well. Place the comb that is inside the cap of the piece into the tease. Place a few bobbie pins to help secure it and pull the remaining hair left out from the tease and pull it back down over the fall to make a perfect blend.

Q: How do i know what color to choose?
A: If you have ever purchased extensions or other hairpieces and you know the color number, that is the color you want to order. If not, mail me a swatch of the hair you want matched remembering that what you want to match is the poof. with that in mind snip as close to the scalp from the area that would be in the poof. Most of the time I can get an accurate match from a picture so you may email pictures.

Q: What is the difference in a minifall and a long fall and how do I know which to order?
A: A mini fall is 16 inches in length and generally used for little ones who have some hair but it just isn't thick enough to wear down. the long fall is 22 inches long and is used for those who have hair of most any length but want to minimize damage to their natural hair. Recommended for those over 4.

Q: What is a pull through wiglet?
A: A pull through wiglet is wonderful for up-dos on anyone with enough hair to pull up. It is used on top the head after the hair is pulled up and styled according to what type of curls you like. most anyone can use these.

Q: How do I wash my new hair and how do I fix it?
A: You can wash your hair with any shampoo and conditioner. you may also blow it dry. when dry, hot roll using as many medium sized rollers as you can. When cooled remove the rollers, shake out the curls a bit and brush or pick and fluff the curls out to the desired style.

Q: What if my piece doesn't match ? what is your return policy?
A: I guarantee all matches. If it doesn't match I will swap it for another color if it is returned in its original condition un-brushed, uncut, unworn and in the original packaging. If I cut and color and it isn't a good match I will do all I can to get a good match. I have 11 years experience as a colorist and I am very accurate with my tried and true color techniques.

Q: How long does it take for my hair to come in?
A: It takes approximately 2 weeks form the time you order to the time you receive your package unless there is a backorder. If you need to rush delivery we can get you your package in as quick as 2 days. But the cost rush deliveries is approximately $40.00.
